  • Payment is accepted via Visa, Mastercard, and other approved methods.

  • All prices are in NZD and include GST.

  • Deposit payment is required to confirm appointments unless arranged otherwise.

 

4. Refund & Cancellation

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a fee of $50.

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of clinical unsuitability or as required by law.

  • No refunds will be provided for completed treatments.

 

5. Medical Information

  • All treatments require an in-person consultation with a qualified practitioner.

  • Treatment results vary. Individual suitability will be assessed before any procedure.

  • Website content is for general information only and does not constitute medical advice.

 

6. Privacy & Security

  • Personal information collected during bookings or purchases is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
